Receptionist
After submitting your CV and cover letter online, you'll hear back in a few days via email for an in-person interview. This interview will take place at a Soho House and will last about 30 minutes with a manager, and you'll also get a tour of the house.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience in a similar role?
- What unique value do you believe you can contribute to Soho House?
- What aspects of working at Soho House do you think you would gain from?
Receptionist
The process was a 30-minute Zoom call, a getting-to-know-you and formal interview. I was explained the duties for the position offered in Barcelona. I asked about potential growth opportunities within the company and if it would be possible to transfer to another facility abroad in the future. I received positive answers to both questions.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your professional experiences?
Receptionist
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had one in-person meeting with the department manager. They asked some basic questions, and then I got a tour of the place I'd be working. It felt a bit like they weren't expecting me, so I guess another department handles scheduling.
- Can you tell me about your availability for this position, given that it's a 7-day-a-week role that includes holidays?
