The first interview was on-site and was great, very informative. The second interview involved creating and presenting a sales deck. It went well, leading to the final round. The final interview felt a bit strange; the interviewer didn't seem familiar with my resume or presentation, and asked questions already covered in the first interview. This isn't typical for a final round, and I felt discouraged. After that, I was ghosted for a month despite reaching out multiple times. Eventually, I was told the role was being rewritten and I could reapply, which was really upsetting considering the time I put into the deck. I never received the revised role description or further contact.

Behavioral

I got this interview through my network. HR and the recruitment team handled the first round interview pretty well. The second interview was with a senior manager, which was a nice and interesting chat. But honestly, it felt like they already had someone picked for the job, an internal person, so I felt like it was just a formality and a waste of my time as an external candidate.

Behavioral Technical

The process was very slow, with a lot of waiting time. The interview itself was quite long, over an hour. They were clear and offered to provide feedback whether it was a yes or no, which is a plus because most companies don't inform you and you're left waiting. Or the opposite, they call you and you've already joined another company.
