We kicked off with a Teams call where we discussed my background and what made me interested in the role. After that, there was a more straightforward interview with the head of finance, where I again walked through my experience. They also asked me a couple of situational questions.

I had a first interview over Teams, and then they invited me for a second interview in London. I went to London for the interview and they told me I would hear back within a week. I never heard back, so I emailed and called to follow up, but they completely ignored me. It's really rude and a shame because I was really excited about the opportunity, but it's just shameful to not even let people know politely when they've put in so much time and effort. I wouldn't apply again.
