Worst process ever participated in (and I've been through many). A process lacking transparency, where they lie about certain stages not being eliminatory, no feedback is given, everything is wrong. They project a brand image of caring for people, but candidates are treated as nothing.

On the day of the in-person selection process, I went through 3 stages: individual presentation, group activity, and a one-on-one interview. I passed all the stages and reached the final one, where the recruiter showed little interest in me and in being there at that moment, playing on her phone and looking around while I spoke to her, which made me extremely uncomfortable, and thus I had a terrible interview experience at Softy's.
