The first contact was with a headhunting firm. After that initial chat, an in-person interview was set up with the area manager and someone from HR. During this long conversation, we went over many parts of my career and experience, going into details about projects and implementation models, all carefully noted down by the manager. The first contact is via WhatsApp from the recruiter. The second contact is from the recruiter to schedule a meeting with the hiring manager, allowing you to talk with them. If you pass this stage, you will receive an offer letter via email. After accepting, a date will be set for the medical examination. If everything is okay, documents will be submitted digitally, and a date will be set for onboarding and signing the CLT and benefits.

The initial HR interview was delayed and I only got it because I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn. She actually rescheduled the interview twice. The interview itself was pretty good. Then the interview with the manager was very straightforward.

On the day of the in-person selection process, I went through 3 stages: individual presentation, group activity, and a one-on-one interview. I passed all the stages and reached the final one, where the recruiter showed little interest in me and in being there at that moment, playing on her phone and looking around while I spoke to her, which made me extremely uncomfortable, and thus I had a terrible interview experience at Softy's.
