It was pretty good, just stay positive :) SWO really values your positive attitude and confidence. When I got started, I had to go through 4 rounds, which included Round 1- HR Round, Round 2- Interview with Manager, Round 3: Interview with Regional/ Process Head, and Round 4- Written Test.
