Project Manager

- Could you explain why you lack internship experience?
Senior Project Manager
The hiring manager wasn't clear about what they wanted to HR, leaving out key details. Next time, they should specify the type of candidate experience needed before HR starts sourcing.
- Are you looking for candidates with an SI background?
- Are you looking for candidates from the customer end?
HR Project Manager
The interview process was smooth and communication was good. It started with a phone screening, followed by four interviews: one with the recruiter, one with the manager, some with other team members, and some with key stakeholders. I really liked meeting my future teammates and the stakeholders; it was a great chance to ask them about their experience at the company.
- Can you share your general experience and background relevant to this position?
- Could you discuss past projects you've led, detailing your role in each?
- Would you be prepared to actively participate and 'get your hands dirty' in project work?
