The organization Management really need to grow up. Please do not waste your time which mistake i did. The recruitment was for Integration team (Sweet/Swift), Sanjan - first interviewer was fine, but other two are really useless. Attitude of those old mice of company is bad. After discussion all the office location everything they told you are rejected after 5 days without any reason. All rounds are more than one hour. Please friends brush up your skills and encash your knowledge with such kind of organization who has vision to grow which this company totally lack.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
So I had 2 technical rounds and then a manager round. The technical ones were oral, no written stuff. My first technical was about Java/Selenium, lasted over an hour, really good. The interviewer was a Test Lead who'd been there 8 years. I had to wait in reception for feedback, along with 3 other guys with similar experience. They mentioned that if you pass the first round, someone escorts you to the next; otherwise, you get a call at reception and are asked to leave. Three guys were sent home this way. I was hoping I wouldn't get that call! After lunch, I was sent for the second technical round since I got positive feedback from the first. They offered free lunch which was nice. This second round was over 2 hours long, focusing on server/client stuff, testing processes, and general testing questions. I was pretty exhausted. Waited in reception again, hoping no call. Got positive feedback again, so I figured the manager round was next. It was a Friday, so interviews happen on weekdays, and it was late afternoon, around 4:30 PM when I finished the technical rounds, starting at 10:30 AM. The manager round questions were about my experience, strengths, and past project challenges. That went fine for the first 5 minutes. Then the unexpected questions: 'Are you from Bangalore?', 'Are you from Karnataka?', 'Are you a Kannadiga?'. I said yes to all. The interview ended, and I waited. I was pretty sure I'd get an offer after clearing two tough technical rounds and the manager round seemed okay. But then I got a call at reception. HR said I didn't get through and apologized, suggesting they'd try another team. I was shocked, couldn't understand why I was rejected after clearing the technical rounds. It seemed like they were only hiring Telugu people, as the manager was also from AP. It's frustrating that hiring is based on region/language. I wouldn't recommend this company; it was a waste of time.
