First, an HR person will call you and ask some light questions about your profile and experience. Then, a technical lead will contact you and ask a couple of technical questions about the project's technology. If you meet the profile, you might be given a technical test to show your knowledge and skills. After that, you could be accepted or, in some cases, go through another technical knowledge filter, but that's not common.

It was mainly a phone interview. The interviewers were using a really bad phone system from their main office in Mexico, so it was hard to even understand them. Around five people asked muffled questions. It was only about 30 minutes long.
