I found this role through an external training program, and the people who trained me helped find companies that were interested. After I passed the HR interview, I had more training that was tailored to what the company wanted and checked if I was learning what I needed to.

I applied for a Java Developer position at Sofftek and was contacted for an interview. The process had 4 rounds: 1. Written (Aptitude Test), 2. Group Discussion, 3. Technical Interview, and 4. Manager Round. I cleared all rounds. In the manager round, they mentioned the job was for product support and not a Java Developer role. I accepted the support role, and they said HR would contact me for salary discussions, but they never did. So, don't waste your time.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I had an interview with HR to discuss my experience and salary expectations. Then, I had two programming interviews with different team members. They asked me about my experience with Java and XML for a project. Overall, it was about my experience. This all took place at Softtek Guadalajara. I was close to getting the job and even received a job offer, but they never contacted me again. I didn't like how it ended.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What is polymorphism?
  • What Java libraries are available for XML?
