Support Engineer
Contacted via calls, messages, and emails. Technical and psychometric tests were involved. HR was very communicative, and I had to go in person to sign at the end, but everything else was remote.
- What are your general programming skills?
- Do you have knowledge of Java?
- Do you have knowledge of databases?
Support Engineer
It was an online assessment, with over 30 technical questions and small, simple coding questions, to see if you understand the flow, this in Java. Also basic SQL questions, some theoretical ones to know if you know the tools used. Then there is a short interview with the PM, it's more to get to know you and your attitude.
- What is polymorphism?
- What is inheritance?
- What are foreign keys?
Cloud Support Engineer
It was a 5 round process with 3 technical rounds, followed by a Director round and then a Delivery Manager round. The focus was strictly on AWS and EKS, so the technical questions were centered around those areas. The HR team was really helpful and gave us guidance before each interview.
- Tell me about Linux networking.
- What about K8s networking?
- What AWS topics are you familiar with?
