The interview has three stages. First, a writing skills assessment. Second, an HR interview focusing on your background research about the company and your internship experience. Lastly, a manager interview where they'll ask about your adaptability to rotational shifts. After these rounds, the selection will be announced.

The HR from the India office was very unprofessional and inexperienced. They lacked professionalism and didn't know how to speak to senior people. There were no set schedules for interviews, with walk-ins accepted for both freshers and seniors. Resumes weren't even reviewed before sending emails, and everyone received a general email to come in for a face-to-face interview between 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM IST. Upon arrival, candidates were asked about the role they applied for, as the HR hadn't read their resumes or knew which role the email was sent for. The security at reception was also described as unprofessional. The HR didn't know who was scheduled or have the patience to listen to a candidate's experience, often jumping to the next question without hearing the answer. Arrogance was noted, and hiring managers were consistently busy, making candidates wait for hours, which was considered unprofessional and unethical. Discouraging words were used by the HR. This happened three times with the company, even with different HR personnel. No feedback was ever provided after any interviews.

Had two phone screens. The first was with the recruiter. Then I spoke with the VP and President of the company. It was mostly a chat about my resume, the clients I've worked with, the technologies I know, why I'm looking for a new job, and what I expect salary-wise.
