Had a phone interview first. Then I went to the office and met with an HR person who laid out the day's schedule. After that, I met with an engineer. They gave me a program to analyze and a coding challenge to solve. We went over my solution and confirmed it worked, then discussed the demanding work environment and the role's potential. Finally, I had a meeting with the CEO. He asked about my commitment to Softeon and expressed a desire for me to start immediately.

Submitted my resume and had a phone screening with HR. Then, they set up an interview date. There was a solo interpersonal interview with HR. After that, a panel technical interview. I got an email back to set up a second interview with the project manager or CEO. After the second interview, I got an offer letter. The Human Resources team at Softheon was great throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
