Technical Coding Case

I was in the college placement drive and this company came to hire. I had already gone through many interviews and got selected in some. But this company's interview process was unlike the others. I wasn't asked the usual questions for a fresher interview. The interview was mostly about problem-solving. They weren't judging if my answers were correct, but how I approached the problem. I had decided that if I got an offer, I'd accept it, even though I had offers from some big names that only seemed good on paper.

Technical Group Coding

The interview process was really challenging, with 4 rounds. First, there was an aptitude test which is really tough and shows your real ability. Then there was an optional GD. After that, a Technical HR round where they asked questions on OOPS concepts. Finally, a coding test where you could use your choice of language like Java, C, C++, .Net, or any other.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Be familiar with your programming language (Java in my case) from the basics. Know the definition of every topic clearly. Also, OOPS concepts.

I went through two rounds of interviews, the last of which was a final technical discussion. It was a bummer that I didn't get any feedback or follow-up after that last round, especially after putting in all that time and effort.
