Account Manager
The HR round was good and the first round went very well. They emailed me after saying they're only looking to hire someone from a direct competitor, which they knew from my resume, so I'm not sure why they wasted my time and raised my expectations.
- Can you describe your experience in professional services sales?
Account Manager
I had a phone call with a recruiter, then an interview with two managers and a tour with an account manager. After that, I had another call with the recruiter. It was pretty easy overall, and it was clear they are always looking for fresh new grads to fill roles.
- Can you define what a VAR is?
- Describe your approach to managing accounts.
Account Manager
I applied via LinkedIn at the start of October, and the HR team got in touch quickly to set up a meeting. After the HR interview, I had a 1-hour meeting scheduled with a team lead and sales manager. The questions were pretty standard, no surprises. A couple of days after that second interview, they asked me to do background checks, and once those were done, I got a call about a job offer.
- Can you tell me about your experience in account management?
