I made it to the second round where I met with one of the sales managers. It was a great interview, and I asked my closing question at the end. The manager said I was a perfect fit and he was going to reach out to HR. He did mention his boss's schedule was pretty full but they were going to get me scheduled. Two weeks later, nothing. I followed up with the recruiter, and still nothing. I was ghosted!

I got referred by an employee and heard back in 2 hours. It was during the holidays, so things were slow, and it took 3 weeks to set up the interview on a Friday. I thought it would be about my background, but the recruiter spent 27 minutes talking about the company and their offerings, which was nice. Near the end, she asked two general questions about my recent experience and mentioned the next steps would be meeting the hiring manager and the start date. But then, I checked my candidate portal and saw they rejected me on Monday. No email, nothing. I feel like I didn't get a real shot, and I'm bummed because I've heard great things about Softchoice.
