I only went through the first stage of the interview, which was a phone call. It wasn't very long, but it was nice. Don't stress, just show your self-confidence.

Behavioral Other

This was a very unusual process, not what I expected in my 15 years of career. It felt disrespectful. The interview was scheduled for 1 hour but ended up being 1 hour and 40 minutes. Even though I asked to leave on time for my train, the recruiters kept asking questions and insisted on showing me around the facilities, completely ignoring my requests. It was a very awkward situation. After all this, I never received any feedback. No response. Some managers here seem to think remote work means loss of control and efficiency... in 2024... The company culture seems to be about overtime and being overloaded with work. Avoid this place.
