Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Social SEO.
SEO Analyst
It was a 3 part interview process. The first interview was over the phone and it was a basic interview. Nothing too stressful. The next interview was in person with 2 people from the company. The questions were more directed as to why I wanted to work for Social SEO, what I enjoy about digital marketing, and talking about past experiences in certain situations. The final interview was with 2 different individuals and the questions were about the same as the previous one.
- What makes you want to work in digital marketing?
- What is your interest in Social SEO?
- When explaining something to a client, do you find it better to use email or a phone call?

The hiring process involved 3 interviews. It started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting, and finally another in-person session with a panel and either the CEO or President. They were good about sending over interview info quickly. Everyone I met during the interviews was really nice and seemed to have a lot of energy.
- What makes you interested in SEO?

The hiring process was efficient and thorough, and the quality of the people working here shows that the depth is well worth it. The interview was well thought out, and I could tell right away that management was going to be easy to get along with and that they cared about my goals and happiness.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
