It was a 3 part interview process. The first interview was over the phone and it was a basic interview. Nothing too stressful. The next interview was in person with 2 people from the company. The questions were more directed as to why I wanted to work for Social SEO, what I enjoy about digital marketing, and talking about past experiences in certain situations. The final interview was with 2 different individuals and the questions were about the same as the previous one.

The hiring process involved 3 interviews. It started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting, and finally another in-person session with a panel and either the CEO or President. They were good about sending over interview info quickly. Everyone I met during the interviews was really nice and seemed to have a lot of energy.
