This was a really fast and easy interview process. There were two stages and they asked a lot of questions that really applied to the job. The recruiter moved through the process quickly, and they always got back to emails fast. I had no issues at all.

It was a two-interview process. The first was a 30-minute MS Teams chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a one-hour Teams interview with the same hiring manager and three other team members. Everyone I met was super nice and really into their jobs. An HR person kept in touch and was also very friendly. They were upfront about everything – the process, pay, and what they expected. They asked for references after the last interview. I ended up declining the offer, but it was a good experience, and I'd look at SI again.

I got an email from HR to set up a Skype interview. The person interviewing me was on time and first gave a good rundown of the job before asking me anything. It seemed like she had my resume handy and asked really specific things about what I want to do in the future, my past jobs, school, and if I speak Spanish since it was on my resume, she asked me to talk in Spanish.
