After CV selection, there was a screening call and then subsequent rounds. HR contacted me via email and mentioned that they had a salary cap that was lower than the advertised limit on LinkedIn and their job portal. The screening interview went well, but afterward, they said the company had undergone a reshuffle and they were going to fill the position internally.

It was a two-interview process. The first was a 30-minute MS Teams chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a one-hour Teams interview with the same hiring manager and three other team members. Everyone I met was super nice and really into their jobs. An HR person kept in touch and was also very friendly. They were upfront about everything – the process, pay, and what they expected. They asked for references after the last interview. I ended up declining the offer, but it was a good experience, and I'd look at SI again.

I submitted my application in late September. A few weeks after that, I was contacted for a phone interview. Later on, I came in for an in-person interview. The phone screen was conducted by a manager, who was really nice and easy to chat with. They asked me about my background, my interest in the role, and other typical questions. The in-person interview involved meeting with a senior program assistant and the same manager from the earlier call. They were both friendly and asked more detailed questions about my past experiences and how I handle various workplace scenarios.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was a pre-screening call. After that, I had an interview where I met with multiple people from the team all at the same time. They asked me about my past experience in areas like business development, how I've handled proposal development, preparation/capture, and any international work I've done.
