The interviewer never showed up to the scheduled call. My emails were not responded to, and when I called, they said the interview was 30 minutes later than I had confirmed (I had multiple confirmations for 12:30, not 1). I waited until 1 PM anyway, and no one ever appeared.

So, it's a two part interview process. First, you'll have a phone interview that's about 30 minutes. If that goes well, Soccer Shots will set up an in-person demo. You'll go to one of their locations where they do their soccer program. You'll watch for a bit, then you'll have to lead parts of the 2nd or 3rd session. After that, there's a chat and debrief. You'll find out if you got the job by the end of the in-person demo!

It was in person at the main office. Several staff members gave me a good overview of the role. They required masks and vaccination. The process was pretty straightforward. I got a clear understanding of the job and the skills needed.
