It started with a phone screen, then I had an on-field interview at a class, and finally an in-person interview at the office. I met with the Director of HR, the Executive Director, and the VP for about 1.5 hours. I also had to prepare some task-based interview questions beforehand.

The interviewer never showed up to the scheduled call. My emails were not responded to, and when I called, they said the interview was 30 minutes later than I had confirmed (I had multiple confirmations for 12:30, not 1). I waited until 1 PM anyway, and no one ever appeared.

So, it's a two part interview process. First, you'll have a phone interview that's about 30 minutes. If that goes well, Soccer Shots will set up an in-person demo. You'll go to one of their locations where they do their soccer program. You'll watch for a bit, then you'll have to lead parts of the 2nd or 3rd session. After that, there's a chat and debrief. You'll find out if you got the job by the end of the in-person demo!

First, I had a phone interview with the Coaching Director that lasted about 15-30 minutes. Then, there was an in-person interview where I got to observe a full training session at a school. This was a good chance to see if the program was a good fit for me. If you've played soccer competitively, I'd recommend taking this chance if it's offered.
