It started with a phone interview, then a panel interview. The questions in the panel were STAR based so I would definitely make sure you can answer situational based questions in this format. There was a long gap in between interviews, so expect a long waiting process. There was also initial correspondence with HR when I sent a follow up from the interview (maybe 2 emails?) and they said they would be making decisions and to follow up within a certain time period. I waited that time period and sent another follow up email still expressing interest and never heard back. After months of waiting and the process I was expecting a more clear denial or more information, however after this experience I wouldn't expect them to get back to you unless you got it. Everyone in the panel (engineers and HR) were really friendly and supportive as I was pretty nervous in the beginning of the interview, but there's definitely some lack of communication afterwards and the process is not the most organized.

For this role, you can expect questions that are drawn from your resume, and you'll also be asked behavioral questions. Make sure you're ready to talk more about the bullet points on your resume. You should also have 3-4 experiences prepared to use when answering behavioral questions. They're looking for you to use the SHARE method.

About a month after I applied online, I got an interview offer for a location in Pico Rivera. The questions were all STAR and behavioral. Four questions were more involved about my experiences, and 3 were more simple and straightforward.
