I applied online. HR reached out via email about two weeks later asking me to complete an online assessment test within 48 hours of receiving the email, though some hiring managers are understanding if you're on vacation. After passing the online test, the hiring manager conducted a phone interview about 2-3 weeks later. Three weeks following that, I was invited for an in-person panel interview with three directors from different departments. Four weeks after the panel interview, I heard back from the hiring manager for a final interview with them and a VP. Two weeks after the final interview, I received the job offer. The entire process took about 3.5 months, plus an additional 2-3 weeks at the end for background and drug testing, making the total time from start to finish around 4 months.

The interview process included a screening, a test, an interview, and then a second interview. They asked situation-based questions focusing on my work experiences. There were about three to five questions in total. The interview panel was nice and asked a few follow-up questions. Even though I eventually turned down the offer, it was a good experience overall.
