Went through 2 interview rounds back to back. First was to see if I was a culture fit for the company. Second was about my personality and what I have accomplished and my experiences. No technical questions were asked.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was super chill. All the rounds just had behavioral questions, like about dealing with conflict, a problem you ran into, or a time you optimized a project. The second round was pretty much the same questions, but they wanted more technical details. Then the third interview, they asked why you wanna work here and more basic behavioral stuff. I did the final interview, and then after like a month, they told me they canceled the IT associate rotation program for 2025.

Behavioral Technical

It was a two-stage interview process, with each session lasting about 45 minutes. The initial interview involved speaking with some of the company's engineers to discuss your background and technical capabilities. Following that, there was a second interview with program leads that focused more on behavioral aspects. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you start by telling me a little about yourself?
  • Could you share an instance of a conflict you had with teammates and how you handled it?
  • Walk me through how you approached a project you previously worked on.
