The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a behavioral phone call with HR. Then, there was a second interview over Teams with two engineers and HR, where they asked some basic questions. They really wanted to see us use the STAR method. Since I applied for an engineering internship, this might be different for other roles.

The whole thing took forever, like half a year since I applied and still no word on results, even after chasing them up a bunch. First was a phone screen, just basic personal stuff, super easy. Then a longer Zoom chat focused on behavioral questions.
