Account Executive
First you gotta apply, then you take a personality test. If you pass, you'll have a phone interview, then a one on one with the manager. After that, there's a panel interview where you need to give your own presentation. Finally, you have to pass a background check and a drug screening to get the job.
- Tell me about a time you did extra for a customer.
Account Executive
I applied via my college website and got a call from Charles pretty quickly. He mentioned a ride-along interview that was scheduled, but then cancelled it last minute via email and said it would be rescheduled for the following week. I had to keep getting my shifts covered because I was expecting this ride-along, but Charles kept stringing me along. Terrible HR and really unprofessional. Glad I didn't get the job though.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
Account Executive
This was the longest interview process I've ever been through. First, there was a long phone interview. Second, we had an in-person interview. Third, I spent the whole day shadowing an account executive, both in the field and in the office. Fourth, I had to do a group panel presentation and interview. They didn't tell me what to present on, so it was very general, which made it hard to prepare.
- Can you give your 30-second elevator pitch?
