The interview process was really straightforward. I met with three people in a single day, and each one had a different approach and asked unique questions. It made sense because their interview styles seemed to match their personalities and their roles, and they were all passionate about the company's mission of helping patients find their voice. The questions weren't too tough; it felt more like a 'get to know me' chat rather than a rigorous vetting.

I met with 7 different people. They seemed unorganized and unprepared. The time I met with the different people kept getting shorter and shorter, so I'm not sure if that was something on my part or their's. The interview itself was not difficult or intimidating, although one guy towards the end acted like he didn't have the time of day to be meeting with me. I did have to take a 30-minute test at the end on Powerpoint and Excel, which tested basic abilities on both programs. I had to email HR to find out my status after 2 weeks.

There was a good explanation of the position and they had multiple people interview me. It was in person at the Williamsburg, VA office and lasted about 30 minutes or more. They allowed time for questions about the role or the company in general. HR followed up with any questions they were not able to answer.
