I had an interview scheduled and rearranged my day for it, but then I got a cancellation message just five minutes before it was supposed to start. I get that hiring needs change, but it was super frustrating and unprofessional to have such short notice and poor communication. It would have been basic courtesy to cancel sooner, especially since candidates make time for these. Really disappointed with how this went down.

My application was short and creative. I got an email and text for an interview setup the next day. The interview had simple, straightforward questions. They are very selective in who they choose. I have 10 years of restaurant experience.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
- What interests you about working with us?
- How do you differentiate yourself from other candidates?

After applying online I got a text and email to set up an interview. The first interview was with the newest manager. Then, I interviewed with the assistant general manager. The final interview was with the general manager. All 3 interviews happened in 3 days. It's a pretty interesting and fast process for the food industry. They ask mostly the same questions but throw in some unique ones to check personality. The interviews aren't hard, but it seems Snooze wants a certain personality over industry experience. This job is more about coffee/latte drinks, not cocktails. Better suited for someone from Starbucks than a bartender.
