Setting up the interview was easy, I got in to see the manager within a few days. However despite the “raving” compliments I was given for my resume & the whole “you’re a great candidate for the job I will have an answer for you this Thursday” I never received a call back. I called to speak with the manager however he wasn’t there so I was told they’d have him call when he got in. Of course, no call back. My potential has been expressed at a totally different company so it turned out to be a blessing. Nonetheless, not responding following the interview is unprofessional and a reflection of management’s performance or lack thereof.

Technical Other

The interview process was okay but felt unnecessary. I basically worked a whole shift for the "interview" and then was told they hired someone else. It was very misleading. I could understand if they hired me and then had me shadow someone, but to do that during the interview process was a bit much.

After applying online I got a text and email to set up an interview. The first interview was with the newest manager. Then, I interviewed with the assistant general manager. The final interview was with the general manager. All 3 interviews happened in 3 days. It's a pretty interesting and fast process for the food industry. They ask mostly the same questions but throw in some unique ones to check personality. The interviews aren't hard, but it seems Snooze wants a certain personality over industry experience. This job is more about coffee/latte drinks, not cocktails. Better suited for someone from Starbucks than a bartender.

The interview process involved one meeting with the general manager. They asked questions about leadership, work ethic, and your background. It was pretty straightforward, you just go into the restaurant and talk to them. The people there are really nice and they want to ensure you have restaurant experience.
