Paralegal Assistant
I had two Zoom interviews. First was a general chat with their recruiter. Second was more in depth with specific questions about my past experience, and included the two Paralegals I'd work with plus my manager.
- Could you discuss specifics regarding your previous jobs?
Paralegal Assistant
Got a phone screen, then had two interviews, one in person and one over Zoom. Everything moved fast, no waiting around. Got an offer in about 2-3 weeks and took it. It was a pretty fast hiring process.
- How do you maintain organization.
Paralegal Assistant
They set up a virtual interview since I was an out-of-state applicant. It was known that I was out-of-state because they asked me questions about it. The next day I was told they were looking for someone in the area, and the assumption was that I was a local candidate, despite them asking questions about it during the interview. They might waste your time.
- Are you looking to relocate?
