First, the recruiter checks your CV and cover letter to prepare for the interview. You should also research the company and the role. When you connect, we'll start with introductions to set the stage. Then, I'll ask questions to understand your skills, experience, and what motivates you, to see how you'd fit with the role and the team. We'll also chat about what you're looking for professionally, the company culture, and how you can grow here, to make sure we're on the same page. Finally, we'll wrap up by discussing what happens next in the hiring process, like a potential second interview or the final decision, and thank each other.

There were two interviews: a first one by phone and a second one in person. The interview went well because the tutor was very understanding. SNCF is a big company, I recommend it for interns, especially here in France.
