The whole process felt a bit clunky. They give you a long assignment to complete before you even talk to the recruiter. Scheduling was all over the place and caused some problems during the interview itself. That said, the people I interviewed with were nice enough.

The interview process is really well thought out. First, you gotta do a sales assignment to even get the first interview. Then, you talk to like 5 different people, each for half an hour. Snapdocs has this hiring philosophy they stick to, and even though it's not an easy process, if you do your homework and show you're driven, you should be good. They were great at communicating too, I heard back fast and got good tips.

I began with a 30-minute call with the recruiter. The next day, I had another 30-minute call with the sales manager. Then, there was a 45-minute Zoom interview with the sales manager and a separate 45-minute Zoom call with an AE and SDR. The process concluded with a fourth interview involving the VP of Sales and HR. The interview process was great; they guided me through it perfectly, and everyone was really nice!

  • Can you describe a time when you experienced failure?
