The interview process started with an Aptitude and Psychometric Test, followed by a Group Discussion, and concluded with a Personal Interview (one-on-one). All rounds were eliminating. In the Group Discussion, a group of 8-10 candidates were given a hypothetical case. Some candidates received clues, but some clues were irrelevant or contradictory. They judged presence of mind, focus on the question, and ability to lead the group to a conclusion. The Personal Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes and focused on questions from the CV, previous work experience, hobbies, and interests.
