So first there was a telephonic round, after which I had two in-person interviews. They mostly asked about e-commerce and its processes, and how to grow a seller's business. The second round involved different situations, mainly focused on business growth. We also had a brief discussion about my previous job and my role there.

So the interview process started with a personal interview, then a group discussion (GD), and finally an interview with the Head of Department (HOD). They also asked for education certificates. The GD topic was pretty standard, and the interview with the manager was general. The HOD, though, asked a lot of typical situational questions.

It was pathetic from word Go.... HR considers herself as god... You have to followup for the feedback... No decisiveness in process... 5 rounds with different people.....each talking about the work style at SD being very fast paced... But their process is slower than a bullock-cart 2 Hiring freeze in 1 month after commitment by HR & Senior management personal Hope how they treat prospective employees they are not treating their vendors/customers...
