Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved some out-of-the-box, personality-based questions that dug into your past experiences, how you solve problems, and your technical abilities. They also checked out your interpersonal skills and how you communicate. It felt pretty standard compared to other job interviews I've been through.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process consisted of 6 rounds and I thought the interviews themselves were good. I spent about 3-5 hours preparing for and participating in the interviews. However, after it was all said and done, the recruiter and hiring manager ghosted me and I never received any feedback. While I understand that sometimes there might be a mismatch in expected skill sets, I think it's basic courtesy to at least inform the candidate of the outcome rather than leaving them in the dark. I really didn't expect this from a company like Snap.

Behavioral Other

Had a 3 stage interview process. First call was with HR, second with the Hiring Manager. The third stage consisted of 4 back-to-back 30-minute interviews. The panel interview wasn't what the recruiter said it would be. It wasn't hard, just a long process. They don't give feedback after because of company policy, so consider if you want to spend time prepping for 6 interviews without any feedback.
