There were 4 stages in the interview process, and it wrapped up with a task. The hiring manager and an employee conducted interviews. A pretty substantial task was given, which concluded with a presentation. The overall process was good, and I received feedback throughout.

I applied on Snapchat's website and that same week I was asked to create a My Story in 24 hours. I had 3 phone interviews and then was flown to Venice Beach for an onsite interview. The team was nice, but very young. Did not seem like they had much experience interviewing. Interview was very casual and even consisted of us walking on Venice board walk for a little while. They also made me curate an our story in front of them. Onsite Interview seemed like it was 3 parts--culture/fit, task oriented, and behavioral.

I went through several interview rounds. The recruiter was great, and it was a great experience overall. I made it to the final round but didn't get the job, which was disheartening. The process itself was very clear and consistent though.
