I got an email for a first interview, then I had a Zoom call where I did a mock customer service scenario. After that, I was invited in to shadow someone and then had an interview with management. I got the job offer about 3-4 days later.

Got the job through a placement service on a Friday. Interviewed early the next week and got hired by the end of that week. The interview had two parts: First, I met one interviewer on Zoom. She started with an ice breaker: 'tell me about something that interests you?', and then she shared about herself. After that, she talked about the company, the department, and the work culture. Then, she connected me with two other interviewers, a customer care manager and a service manager. They asked me general questions and discussed my resume/experience.

First, I had to take a computer skills test to be considered for an interview for a temporary position through Volt, who is on-site at Snap On. If I performed well, Snap On would decide to hire me permanently after 90 days. They said there would be 4 weeks of training. The test had 4 parts to complete in 2 hours, including one for data entry and others with customer service questions. The Volt rep was happy with my test scores. As I was leaving, they asked me to come back for an interview. I interviewed with two female department heads a couple of days later. They each took turns asking me questions, and I also asked them about the role. A few days after, the Volt rep told me Snap On decided not to move forward with my application, with no specific reason given.
