Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Snap Diagnostics.
District Manager
I experienced some red flags during my interview process with this company. It seemed disorganized because some of the contacts I had spoken to had already left the company. The owner mistakenly emailed me to say they were going with another candidate, which I was later told was a mistake. They also asked for multiple references from previous managers, which was very unusual.
- What are your career goals?
Territory Manager
You'll start with a phone interview with three people. Many get hired without meeting face-to-face. They'll introduce themselves and their roles. You'll be asked about your comfort level with doing lunch and learn presentations. Also, they want to hear about the kinds of people or businesses you've sold to previously. This is a part-time, commission-based role focused on marketing their home sleep test. It includes a week of training at their corporate office in Chicago.
- Have you previously contacted physician practices?
- Would you be open to conducting lunch and learn presentations?
- Can you detail the profiles of clients or businesses you've sold to previously?
Territory Manager
It was a pretty straightforward process. First, there was a phone chat with the HR Director. After that, I interviewed with the VP of Sales. If they thought I was a good fit, they talked about the job and what it entails, and then they made an offer.
- What makes you interested in a part-time role?
- Can you share any relevant background in medical sales or the healthcare field?
- Are you free on weekdays during the day to give presentations to providers over lunch?
