Inside Sales Coordinator
This was by far the worst interview experience I have ever had. I was continuously ghosted, strung along doing several interviews (7+) for 2 months, I was told my original position was pulled after going through all of the interview steps just to be asked to interview for another position and have the same thing happen. Not to mention they told me I got the job and to go celebrate with my family then receded it. Because of this I declined other offers and ended up jobless with 2 months of my time wasted. I should have listened to the other reviews.

Software Engineer
I had a really bad time interviewing here. The recruiter first ignored me for a while, even after I told her about another offer deadline. Then, they contacted me again, and I interviewed even while on vacation. They had me do a 2-hour pair programming session that seemed poorly planned and they just came up with it. I'm not sure what they gain from watching someone read documentation and try to use a framework they don't know. They were super slow to respond, ignoring my emails asking for updates because my offer was expiring. In the end, they rejected me without any feedback, just ignoring my request for it. Based on how they treated me, I don't think I'd want to work there. My overall impression is that the company is disorganized and rude.

Account Executive
I was introduced to the head of restaurants. After we spoke, I sent in my resume and then spoke with him again along with the head of revenue. Next, I had a conversation with the head of sales, who is also a co-founder. Following that, I spoke with HR to discuss compensation. The final meeting was with the other founders and the head of sales, but this meeting was rescheduled twice. It's been three weeks since my last interview and I'm still waiting to hear back. This company seems very unorganized, and I'm not sure they have a clear process for how they handle the money they've recently acquired.

Ambassador
It was a smooth and really well-organized interview. The interview was pretty direct and related to what they'd want you to do in this role. You gotta show how much you love Snackpass and also talk about how pumped you are to join such a fast-growing company.
