I had an online interview with 3 directors. I introduced my work and they asked some general questions about my work. I also had some questions about the firm and the position. They don't have any coordination office. The Shenzhen and Hongkong offices work closely. They are not only doing Chinese projects. This position is potentially a project lead for large scale Chinese projects.

I talked with a few different people. First, I met the managing director. Then, about a week after, I had a meeting with the project director about the specific project I'd be working on. Lastly, I had to complete a Revit test, and then they gave me an offer.
