It's a bit of a drawn-out and not super organized process, and you might need to follow up because they get a lot of applicants. The main interviewer can be a bit intimidating. I applied online at Smiths.com, which is part of the Kroger system. Then I called to let them know I applied, and I think that helped. The interview was with an HR person at the store. Kroger and Smith's really focus on the three A's: Acknowledge, Assist, and Appreciate. It might help to know what those are. Just make sure you look clean, confident, honest, and responsible.
