I interviewed twice for the Traveling Manager role, but they hired an internal candidate. A month later, I was offered the job, accepted, and then they rescinded it. Then, they contacted me about a Shop Manager opening, and I had to go through the entire interview process again with a different Regional Manager. Two weeks later, I was told they aren't considering me for any future roles.

The process was pretty smooth and fast. I applied online and got a call quickly for an initial phone interview. They asked standard questions and nothing too difficult. That call was about 15-20 minutes, and then they scheduled a formal interview for the next week. The formal interview itself was relaxed, with typical questions, and it lasted about an hour. About a week and a half to two weeks after that, I got an offer, which I accepted! It was a good experience overall, I never felt ignored or left waiting too long.

It was pretty straightforward, basically a board interview with management. I actually liked talking with everyone. The HR person was a bit all over the place though, and I got screened twice. Not sure how onboarding is, but once you're in, they really do care.
