It kicked off with a chat with HR to see if my resume lined up with what they needed, and they also asked about my salary expectations. Then I had a technical interview with two engineers. They weren't into personality tests, they just wanted to get to know me, my history, and why I'm interested in this role. They asked me technical questions to check out my problem-solving abilities and gauge my technical knowledge. It was pretty chill and lasted about an hour. We also talked about salary again. They got back to me with feedback pretty fast and we set a start date. The paperwork was easy, and I hit the ground running on day one.
