I had a phone chat with a Recruiter who was really thorough and clear about the candidate profile they needed. They talked about their culture and set up an in-person meeting in Boston. I then interviewed in Boston with the VP of Sales. They mentioned they'd follow up either way. I sent a thank you note, but never heard back. Had to pay $35 for parking, which was a bummer since they should have covered it during their job fair.

Taking time out of my day to write this review to prevent others from an excruciating process. I was put through 3 rounds, 7 interviewers and over 5 hours of interviewing. They kept asking the same redundant questions over and over throughout every interviewer - I felt like I was looping. In the end I decided to drop the interview process bc at that point it felt like they were taken advantage of me. Shortly after I landed my dream gig and getting paid a lot more .... save yourself

The interview process is pretty thorough. You first speak to HR to validate the initial fit , then interview with a few team managers, directors, and finally, the segment VP. The structure of the interview with each manager and director is similar they mainly want to get to know you, why you're applying to Smartsheet, and if you would be a good fit for the team and company.
