It's kinda long, it has about 5 stages: First, you talk to the recruiter, then the Hiring Manager. After that, there's a loop interview with at least 3 team members. Finally, an executive interview with the manager plus one other person.

I applied via employee referral and heard back from the hiring manager really quickly. We set up a 30-minute phone screen. After that, they set me up for a final round of one-on-one interviews with different people. They asked typical behavioral questions. You can tell the recruiting team used to work in agencies because they all interview like agency recruiters. They always follow up candidate responses with positive affirmations like “great answer” or “I love that example.” It really makes you think you’ll get an offer instead of staying neutral like an interviewer should.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring manager reached out to me about a job at Smartsheet. I had a good conversation with the hiring manager, but the onsite interviews were a really bad experience. Two parts were remote and had technical problems, and both interviewers ran late, so I couldn't ask any questions at the end. They gave us lunch, which was nice, but it was hard to talk during the interview and eat. Also, one of the people interviewing me during lunch didn't seem to pay attention to me and talked to their coworker about their keto diet... I didn't get an offer, which is okay, but sending a generic rejection email after initially reaching out to me was really disrespectful.
