Had a phone screen with HR, then met the hiring manager face-to-face. After that, there was a writing test, followed by a face-to-face with a team member. I really liked the HM and was excited about the job. The writing test seemed okay, but the chat with the team member after the 2-hour test was rough. She thought the role was to be her assistant, but the HM said it was to back her up for vacations. She also made a weird, snarky comment about my Twitter. Not sure if I bombed the test or she just didn't like me, but I got an email two days later saying they went with other people. I only called it 'Difficult' because of the test, which I haven't had to do in ages.

Another review mentioned they required that I spend 5+ hours completing a project that provided recommendations based on a campaign they were actively working on. The cherry on top was seeing they obviously have bias problems on the Brand Studio team as an overwhelming majority of people on that team I met with were all white women. Not surprisingly the person they hired was also a white woman.
