It was a three step interview. First, a detailed phone interview talking about my customer service experience. Then an in person interview, and lastly an interview with higher managers. We also got a tour of the office and I got to sit with a product specialist for a few hours to see what the day is like. The interviewers were very personable and easy going. A love for customer service and horses is a must.

I first connected with some employees, then applied online. A manager called me two weeks later to schedule a phone interview. After that, I went to the office for an in-person interview with four managers, and then I did some call listening and had an informal chat with an employee.
