I had two interviews for this job that pays 17-18 dollars an hour. It seems like they aren't flexible about giving weekends off and the hours are kind of strange. It's interesting because they're really into horse care, but then they don't offer the hours or time off needed to take care of your own animals and go to shows.

The hiring process for this role felt long and drawn out, especially considering the pay. It started with a detailed questionnaire, then a phone interview, and finally a video interview with several people. Although everything seemed to go well, I was told I'd hear back in two weeks. It made me wonder if the company was struggling, as I later found out some employees were being let go or moved into this position during that time. Maybe it's for the best I didn't get the job, even though I was really looking forward to it.

The hiring process involved two main parts: a phone screening call, followed by multiple in-person interviews and some job shadowing. The interviews were pretty laid-back and focused on assessing personality and general knowledge rather than technical skills. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I didn't find the interviews overly demanding.
