Project Manager
I spoke with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty standard. At the end, the hiring manager mentioned they are looking for really hard-working individuals who can cope with the fact that the team operates with a very small staff.
- Could you tell me about your past experience?
Project Manager
The interview process was great and moved quickly. I spoke with the recruiter and the operations director. Both conversations were very pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because they needed someone with a more specific background, even though I had the experience they were looking for. We ended up having a nice chat about the future of our industry.
- Can you share details about your past experience?
- What are your thoughts on salary expectations?
- Regarding the company's growth, would you be open to working beyond a standard 40-hour week?
Project Manager
I was referred by a senior staff member. I got some questions to fill out, and then had a video interview with a recruiter. It went well, I had the qualifications and experience. The recruiter explained the next steps and said she'd be in touch. The following week, I got a vague rejection with no feedback.
- Could you describe the technology and CAT tools you use in your daily work?
